OUSU FOCUS GROUP - LGBTQ, ETHNIC MINORITIES, WOMEN
In 6th Week OUSU is holding 'Focus Groups' for women, black and minority ethnic students and LGBTQ students. We want to find out more about your experience at Oxford, what you are finding positive and what you feel could benefit from improvement. The Focus groups will allow informal discussion of the issues. The Focus groups will feed into a report we are currently preparing into the issues facing students in Oxford. All contributions will be kept anonymous. The report will form part of OUSU's submission to an external Audit of the University, a regular inspection which takes place in all UK University's. This is a very useful process for the University to reflect on its progress in areas of equality and diversity and students thoughts, experiences and concerns are a valuable part of this process. If you will be attending any of the focus groups, please contact women@ousu.org to let us know. Please put the name of the group in the title of the e-mail. If you would like to contribute by e-mail, please e-mail your thoughts and experiences to women@ousu.org. All contributions will be kept strictly anonymous in the report. Please contact women@ousu.org with any questions or enquiries.Times and dates for focus groups:Women - Monday 6th Week (26th May) 5.45pm - 7.00pm, OUSU Building Black and Minority Ethnic Students - Tuesday 6th Week (27th May) 5.30pm - 7.30pm, The Davis Room, St Peters College- Pizza will be served - RSVPLGBTQ students Thursday 6th Week (29th May) 5.30pm - 7.30pm, OUSU Building ( TBC) Pizza will be served -RSVP
