OXBRIDGE CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Oxbridge Cultural Exchange Project (OCEP) are looking for a director for a TEFL summer camp in Jiangsu province. This is the 5th year of operation for the camp running in Chinese middle schools in the north of the province.
The director is in charge of the camp including planning the curriculum, leading activities and managing a team of teachers. The ideal candidate would be:
-Well organised
-A good leader
-Calm under pressure
-Someone with experience teaching or working with children
No Chinese language experience necessary: the director is supported by a bilingual manager.
